All proceeds from this important event will support Greater Boston PFLAG’s Safe Schools and Communities Project and Elsie Frank Scholarship Program. We conduct training to help create safe, welcoming and inclusive spaces for GLBT people and their allies in middle and high schools statewide, and in religious, community and corporate organizations. Annually, we award $10,000 in scholarships to outstanding youth who have made a difference in their schools!  We depend on the generosity of people like you to help support our work in schools and communities statewide.

Our 6th Pride and Passion Party will feature:

Congressman Barney Frank will award this year's Elsie Frank Scholarships! Meet the youth who have had an impact on their schools and communities! ·          Distinguished Community Leadership Award to the Greater Boston Business Council!  ·         Master of Ceremonies, TV Channel 5 News anchor, David Brown ·        Boston Mayor Menino! ·        Live jazz performance with Ellen O’Brien! ·         Fine food and drink!  With your support, our award-winning Safe Schools and Communities Project will continue to ensure the safety and respect of every student through educational programs aimed at making schools safe for those who are targets of discrimination and/or harassment.
